You can get your folk on in a most comprehensive fashion at this year’s Folk Weekend Oxford, which will take place from 19 to 21 April at a variety of venues across Oxford.
The event comprises all kinds of gigs and performances as well as events and workshops, and the organisers have pulled together a schedule that includes all kinds of acts – local and not-so-local, old hands and newcomers. Tickets for the entire weekend are £48 per adult, and there are also day tickets available for Saturday or Sunday, and a selection of tickets for individual concerts.
The full schedule is colossal and now available on the Folk Weekend Oxford website. Check it out for details of events on Friday 19 April, Saturday 20 April and Sunday 21 April.
