Dial F for Frankenstein song to feature in Skins

Local rockers Dial F for Frankenstein have followed in the footsteps of Foals in getting their music onto Channel Four’s popular teen drama, Skins. Their song ‘Wes Vega’ is part of the soundtrack to the March 4 episode. Skins has been credited with spreading the music of relatively unknown acts like MGMT and The Gossip to a wider audience. Congratulations to Dial F from the Oxbands team.

and what a tune it is! i am so gutted cos i said last year to terri quickfix ‘we have to sign them and get that song on an ad and become rich!’ obviously there is an element of sarcasm in this statement but in noway attached to the quality of this fine popsong – if its not too far to go oxford’s ‘buddy holly’ (the song by weezer not the 50’s rocker!)!
good luck to them and well spotted skins, shame i won’t be watching to hear it! ;-)x
