Recent stars of the Charlbury Riverside Festival main stage The Prohibition Smokers’ Club (read about them in the review here) are looking for feline walk-on parts to appear in the video for their new song ‘Kitten’. Well, kind of. The band has asked if anybody who has a kitten or cat – and more importantly, one that wants a taste of rock’n’roll – can send them a photograph of it for use in the video. MusicInOxford.co.uk can’t advise on what will be done with the photographs, but we presume that the kittens and cats will be treated with the reverence and respect that they deserve. You don’t want to cross a kitten or cat – they have long memories.
