Always ambitious, the Big Scary Monsters Recording Company released last year a 52-part digital singles club, offering a new MP3 to subscribers every week. They’ve just kicked the whole shaboodle off again for 2011, with a rather tasty price tag attached. For just £15 – or £13 during January – if you subscribe, you’ll get not only a new MP3 each Monday morning, but also a free CD and an 11% discount off any purchases in the Big Scary Monsters webstore throughout 2011.

Last year the singles club included contributions from Hold Your Horse Is, Tellison, Tall Ships, Three Trapped Tigers and a BSMload more, and regularly gave subscribers a snippet of forthcoming full releases from the label. This year will be more of the same, with – according to Big Scary Monsters – “a few little surprises’.
