Two new jamz on the way from Alcopop! Records, should you find yourself running short on noisy poppy music in the very near future…
Johnny Foreigner bring us their new EP, ‘Some Songs Are Cursed’, a four-tracker including ‘What Drummers Get’, ‘Twin Sisterzz’, ‘Johnny Foreigner vs. You (cursed version)’ and ‘Certain Songs’. It’ll be out on CD which will, with a nod to the forthcoming summer, be packaged within a Johnny Foreigner frisbee. That’s packaging that hasn’t been done before!
Freeze The Atlantic, featuring Jon Pearce and Guy Davis of Reuben and Andy Gilmour of Hundred Reasons, offer their debut in the form of the ‘Colour By Numbers’ EP. That’ll be a CD too, released in a colour-by-numbers sleeve, each copy coming with a set of crayons to use for colouring. Nice idea, although Spring Offensive just beat you to it, lads…
Both EPs will be released on 18 April. Check out the Alcopop! Records website for more.
