The wonderful Charlbury Riverside Festival, a fine way to spend a sunny couple of days down by a river in a sleepy Oxfordshire village, will take place this year on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 June. The organisers have just released details of much of the line-up for both days, as follows…

‘Something for everyone’ there, as they say – a great mix of acts, with more to be announced. The event runs from midday until 10.00 pm on the Saturday, and from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm on the Sunday. It’s free!.
The Riverside folks are also looking after a stage at this year’s Cornbury Festival at the Great Tew Estate in Oxfordshire – ‘Riverside’s Sound Of The Shire Stage’. They’re presenting the following acts with, again, more to be confirmed:
