Quite a bit of Oxford music in 2011 has been photographed by Vince Mo, who’s provided us with a set of some of his favourite photographs from gigs and events throughout the latter half of the year. They’re presented below. Here’s what he had to say about them:
“Seeing out 2011 will mark my six-month landmark ‘not-quite-anniversary’ shooting the Oxfordshire music scene. Between getting groped by random punters, pressed up against the stage barriers, and showered with headbangin’-propelled perspiration by over-active bassists, I’ve compiled a selection of some of the best photo moments of the later half of 2011. Highlight bands for me would include Pet Moon, Will & The People and My Grey Horse. I’m absolutely looking forward to what comes from them in the new year. My hope for 2012? That Truck Festival somehow gets resurrected…”
