“Kick, punch, it’s all in the mind!”, as Parappa The Rapper once said. That’s got nothing to do with this week’s BBC Introducing in Oxford show, beyond providing an opportunity for some entirely tenuous links. So, in the show, you can get your kicks by listening to interviews with The Cellar Family and Kill Murray; why not drink a glass of punch whilst hearing about Listing Ships’ recent recording-in-a-lifeboat-station experiences; and, er, absorb the rest of the show into your mind. “Block, turn, and kick it!”
Here’s the full track listing for the show. You can listen to it from 9.00 pm on Sunday 12 August at BBC Oxford.
