Secret show lined up for Spring Offensive in November

As is becoming par for the course with the things they do, Spring Offensive are making a November gig in Oxford something a little different. They’ve teamed up with promoters Beard Museum to line up the show on 18 November, which will include support from ‘experimental London/Cardiff popsters’ Among Brothers and Oxford’s up’n’coming melodic rockers Toliesel.

The location of the gig is being kept secret until two days before the event, however, and ticket holders will be provided with details in order to make the necessary arrangements to attend. All that’s being let out there is that it’ll be ‘an OX4 location’.

Advance tickets are £6 and available from WeGotTickets. Where’s the show gonna be, eh? Some suggestions from MusicInOxford.co.uk:

  • Cowley Road’s Excelsior Café: grab a bacon roll and a cuppa tea whilst watching
  • East Oxford Health Centre: very handy if the crowd gets out of hand
  • Rose Hill Cemetery: Spring Offensive go goth – break out the corpsepaint!
