Sharpen up your quizzing pencils and buff your minds, as on Thursday 18 October there’ll be a special music quiz held upstairs at Copa, George Street, Oxford from 7.00 pm onwards. It’s being organised by Oxford promoters Daisy Rodgers Music Promotions, with all profits raised to be donated to Oxjam as part of their Oxford-based musical fundraising activities that are happening in October.

There’ll be a variety of rounds in the quiz, as well as glittering (albeit yet-to-be-announced) prizes on offer. Prizes and rounds are sponsored by Oxford music types including Gappy Tooth Industries, O2 Academy Oxford and the beautiful, intelligent folk at MusicInOxford.co.uk.

Keep an eye on the Facebook event page for the quiz to be on top of QuizNews. Teams can be entered now, and table space is limited, so early application is advised. The cost per team is £15, and a team can consist of up to six people. Anybody up for it and in possession of the requisite amount of pointless trivia can email the organisers to do so.
