Celebrating its tenth year running, Cornbury Music Festival takes place on 5,6 and 7 July at Great Tew Park near Chipping Norton, and the organisers have recently announced the first details of the line-up.
Headlining the three days will be Squeeze, Keane and ol’ misery guts Van Morrison, with many other acts including Imelda May, Echo And The Bunnymen, Amy Macdonald, Beverley Knight, The Proclaimers, Bellowhead, King Charles, Jack Savoretti and Seth Lakeman. If any of that floats your Cotswoldian boat, tickets are on sale with prices ranging from £70 per day ticket up, with a variety of weekend and VIP options available.
As well as the music, the festival that appears to be referring to itself as ‘poshstock’ this year will also have other stuff on offer: gourmet caterers, shops, kids’ entertainment and that most horrific of modern words, ‘glamping’.
Keep up and keep on top of things at the Cornbury Music Festival website.
