Samuel Zasada: Winter’s End EP

Witney’s dark folksters Samuel Zasada will soon release the follow-up to 2010’s Niesen EP, after an 18 month break from gigging. The Winter’s End EP will be officially released on Big Red Sky Records at Cornbury Festival on 6 July, where the band will be playing on the Riverside Stage.

The EP was recorded in late May and early June at Studio 101, and co-produced by Martin Newton and the band themselves. As well as Cornbury Festival, Samuel Zasada will also play the main stage at Charlbury Riverside festival on 28 July, and at Towersey Festival on 24 August.

Here’s ‘Winter’s End’ from the EP, which will include four further tracks: ‘Between The Ground And The Sky’, ‘Lifelessly’, ‘Scratching’ and ‘Denser Plains’…
