‘Under The Skin’ is a recently-released new video from Charly Coombes, who has his debut solo album No Shelter due out on 23 September. Striking out on his own after several EPs with Charly Coombes & The New Breed, Coombes previously also played in 22-20s as well as doing session musician work for Supergrass (featuring, of course, his brother Gaz).

According to the Charly Coombes website, No Shelter “is an eleven-track acoustic folk-rock album, with soulful melodies and splashes of Elliott Smith, Nick Drake and Gene Clark. It’ll be available on vinyl, CD and digitally. ‘Under The Skin’ is certainly a mellow jaunt of a track, with a country twang and a knowing sliver of rockabilly in there too…
