My Grey Horse are a kind of semi-Oxford band – although three of them met whilst studying in Stratford-upon-Avon which is, as you know, somewhere outside Oxfordshire, they call Oxford a ‘home from home’ and at least one of them lives within our fair ‘shire.

Such geographical intricacies aside, they’ve just released a new track, which is a rollocking slice of indie guitar swing with a spot of Grandaddy-esque keyboard melody chucked in. ‘Big Night’ has a nice video that includes some pleasing old American footage…
