In the spirit of giving, y’know, with Christmas just around the corner and all that, Oxford singer-songwriter Bethany Weimers (who gave us the excellent Harpsichord Row album a little while ago – read more about that here) has just released a free track, ‘Winter Heart’.

It’s a delicate, plinky-plonky piece of niceness, described by Weimers as “not just for Christmas, but also for those cold snowy January and February days that will no doubt soon be upon us”. A bit like a puppy, then. Kind of. A really nice, well-balanced puppy that sounds good.
