After many gigs, several EPs and a lot of hard work, the debut album from Tamara And The Martyrs, Girl Jokes About Boy Parts, is now out. The eleven songs include a few that have been previously available as EP tracks, but as a whole it’s the perfect way to get an overview of the band’s blues-y, impassioned and confident take on indie guitar schwing.
Pre-orders are being taken for a physical release, which will be a CD, containing lyric booklet, limited to fifty copies. That’ll be £12 a pop; a download of the album, available right now, is £10.
