Event Navigation
Exposed LiveFriday at the Ashmolean is an evening focusing on analogue photography and the curiosities of film through the use of Lomos, SLRs and instant cameras. Together with the Lomographic Society, the LiveFriday curatorial team have devised an evening for visitors to explore their own creative use of film photographic equipment and join the movement to revive the wonders of photography before the digital age. Taking the visitor on an exploratory journey to understand the methods and uses of analogue photography the evening will include a number of workshops and talks and performances by Chad Valley and Jordon O’Shea. Exposed invites you to take part and take pictures!
Jordan O’Shea will perform unplugged during the earlier part of the evening, which is free. Chad Valley plays the Ashmolean Cafe later, with doors opening at 10.15 pm and performance starting at 10.30 pm.
