Oxford record label One Note Forever have announced a new addition to their roster – making a total of two, including local Americana pop types Toliesel. Mutes, aka Birmingham-based James Brown (no, not that one… or, indeed, the Loaded magazine creator) peddle a dreamy neo-shoegaze sound that, we’re promised, will this year develop from a one-man project into a full band.

The label plans to release a new EP later in 2014, as well as re-releasing Mutes’ debut EP in physical format. Here’s that debut EP so you can check ’em out:
