Nightshift - July 2014 cover

Nightshift – July 2014 issue out now, with Jordan O’Shea interview and more

Get yer coat, you’ve pulled. The new edition of Nightshift is here, and it’s yours to take home and do what you like with. Treat it with respect though, and read it diligently. That’d be the right thing to do.

This month’s cover feature is an interview with Jordan O’Shea. There’s loads of news from the local music scene, and reviews of new releases from Rawz, Girlpower, Amy Simpson, Leap, Positive Vibes Crew and Flights Of Helios. There are lots of gigs in the comprehensive gig guide, and you can read about what’s already happened with live reviews including Drenge, Tame Impala and lots more. There’s an introduction to Adam Barnes, a look back at what was going on in Oxford music five, ten and twenty years ago, and the usual two-page Demo reviews section. Demo of the month is from Mr Wolfe, in the Demo Dumper is The Venetian Band.
