Equitruck, the mini-fest-all-day-event run by the fellows behind the annual Truck festival, marks the halfway point between Trucks each year. The date for the next Equitruck has been announced as 15 January 2011, and some of the line-up has already been confirmed.

The event will see Fixers, Ute, dB Band, Dreaming Spires, Dead Jerichos, Dial F For Frankenstein* and, as they say, more TBC kicking out the jams – in various forms that jams are kicked out – at the O2 Academy in Oxford. There will also be ‘acoustic performances in the bar area’, we read here. Doors will open at 2.00 pm, music commences at 3.00 pm, and things won’t let up until after midnight, when the Trashy DJs will spin toonage until the wee small hours.
