Duotone, made up of Barney Morse-Brown and James Garrett, follow up their debut album Work Harder & One Day You’ll Find Her with a new release, Ropes, which is coming out in October. The first album, along with a few shows played, grabbed the duo some gushing reviews, including this very website’s opinion: “the two musicians are hugely versatile individually and together, turning seamlessly from a gentle meditation to a cello and cajun breakbeat workout within half a minute. Their musicianship is flawless”.

Ropes will be launched at an event to be held at The North Wall Arts Centre in Oxford on Saturday 15 October. As well as a performance from Duotone the show will also featured a variety of Oxford musicians and poets including Wod, Alan Buckley and Jane Griffiths & Colin Fletcher.
