The organisers of the multi-venue Gathering festival, which will take place in Oxford on Saturday 20 October, have just released details of the final line-up. So, if you’re so inclined, you can gather your wits and make your way out to the event in order to catch the following (presented in an absolutely fair alphabetical order):

- Cut Ribbons
- Dan Croll
- Dry The River
- Fine Union

- Wall.
- Wild Swim
- Yrrs
Good to see a healthy smattering of Oxford talent in the mix, and we’re most drooling and excited about Liars rocking up for an Oxford show. It’s also a list that demonstrates effectively the difficulty in finding a decent band name these days.
The venues involved are East Oxford Community Centre, Cowley Road Methodist Church, O2 Academy Oxford, The Bullingdon, Port Mahon and Truck Store. Tickets for the whole nine yards will set you back £20 – with, nicely, £15 tickets available at Truck Store for OX4 residents – and the whole Gathering excitement will run from 4.00 pm until late.
