Fred Eaglesmith is a true original. One of nine children raised on a farm in Ontario, Fred remains genuinely tied to the land, lives, labours, tribulations and triumphs of everyday people. After his family lost its farm he set out on his own at the age of 15, hitchhiking and hopping trains across North America and honing his craft as a writer, singer and musical entertainer. These days Eaglesmith is in motion most of the year moving from show to show in an old school bus that has been converted to run on gas and used cooking oil.

Ags Connolly is a singer-songwriter from West Oxfordshire whose are mainly in the style of traditional country rather than the regrettable pop version of the genre that exists today.
