Spring Offensive 'No Assets' video still

Final few Spring Offensive acoustic gig tickets – oh, and a new video

Spring Offensive are taking on a national tour of ‘great, unique venues’, and their 17 March gig at Turl Street Kitchen in Oxford – with support from Richard Walters – proved so popular, with tickets flying out at a rate of knots, that they decided to put on another gig at the same venue on 18 March.

The final straggler tickets for these gigs are still available from WeGotTickets (or, at least, they are at the time of writing). So if you want to get in there and enjoy some Spring Offensive in this lovely city centre setting, you can buy tickets for the 17 March gig here (eight left, £6 each), or for the 18 March gig here (just one left, also £6!).

The two shows will be acoustic sets, but for a glimpse of Spring Offensive as a full band, here’s their just-released new video, for the song ‘No Assets’. It was filmed using a set of twelve iPhone cameras strapped to twelve strapping young chests, in the spookish environs of a place called the Doodle Bar in Battersea:

Good video and good track – I can hear a Zomby remix in my mind.
