Organised as part of a scientific collaboration between Italian Conservatories and the Bate Collection of Musical Instruments in Oxford, A Due is a recorder recital with Lorenzo Cavasanti and Manuel Staropoli including the following:

Matthew Locke (1621/22-1677): Suite a due – Fantasie, Pavan, Ayre, Courante, Saraband, Jigg

Jacques Martin Hotteterre Le Romain (1674-1763): Première suite de pièces à 2 dessus (flûtes à bec) op.4 – Prelude, Allemande, Gigue, Passacaille

Johann Joachim Quantz (1697-1773): Duetto n. III a due flauti – Grave, Alla breve, Cantabile, Più tosto vivace

Georg Philipp Telemann (1681-1767): Sonata 5 in D minor – Largo, Vivace, Gratioso, Allegro

The music will be accompanied by an exhibition of Luca de Paolis recorders.
