Amit Chaudhuri with the five-piece Amit Chaudhuri Band present an evening of music, words and images in a show about memory, chance and a city that inventively fuses literary and musical ideas in surprising new ways.

A Moment Of Mishearing is an audio-visual narrative, including film and music, also weaving in a full concert performance about Amit’s music project. The project started when he began to ‘mishear’ the raga in the blues and vice versa, and ‘misheard’, one morning as he was practising classical music, the riff to Eric Clapton’s ‘Layla’ in the raga Todi.
