Annual Autumn music showcase, curated by the Oxford Mail. This year’s line-up:

The Dreaming Spires: Launching their new EP Darkest Before The Dawn – their first release since 2011’s Brothers In Brooklyn (“the best country-rock debut since Big Star” – Q magazine). Fresh from an appearance on Bob Harris’ BBC Radio 2 show, their set will include old favourites and new tracks from their hotly tipped new LP, due for release in 2015. The show will feature very special guests – and is also the farewell performance of drummer Jamie Dawson, about to emigrate to California.

The Knights Of Mentis: Live favourites, a nine-piece band featuring accordion, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, double bass and a host of other old world instruments. They play a distinct and flavoursome brew of Americana, country, folk, and roots music.

Oli Steadman (Stornoway / Count Drachma): A rare solo show by multi-instrumentalist Oli Steadman.

Between acts there will be a fine selection of Old Timey country music ad Bluegrass to keep your toes tapping.
