Big Colors, with half a dozen new toons, some old favourites and quite a few new faces, graces the stage of the Spin this Sunday. If you have not seen this great band before, check out how they get 16 players on a stage designed for six, and enjoy some killer arrangements of Chick Corea, Zappa, Wayne Shorter, Metheny, Steely Dan and more – all of it played with gusto and verve. This Sunday The Spin welcomes Ben Cummings back to the trumpet section and are delighted to feature the superb Brandon Allen as their special guest for the evening.
