Something of a fixture at Ronnie Scott’s over the last couple of years, Brandon’s numerous appearances at the capital’s top jazz venue attest to his great saxophone playing and his passion as a performer – his solos fizz with energy. Since leaving his home town of Perth, Australia, Brandon has gone on to become one of the outstanding tenor players of the moment on the UK scene; at home in and outside jazz – he has worked with the Blockheads, Eric Clapton and nearer home, Stan Tracey, Pete King and Guy Barker.
