Byron Wallen has been at the forefront of the jazz scene in the UK for the last twenty years, and in that time has worked with so many of the leading lights in jazz – Bobby McFerrin, Freddie Hubbard and Wynton Marsalis, to name a few. Over the last couple of years, Byron has been touring with one of the world’s greatest drummers, Jack deJohnette, and is just back from a tour of Australia and New Zealand on which they have been recreating Miles’ great A Tribute To Jack Johnson album live to the film of the same name.
