George Insull’s first album, The Sale Of Soul-making, began as a concept album about fencing, and then morphed into an album about TV talent shows. Somewhere between the two offbeat topics, it has a samba feel and African-style guitar licks.

Beaver Fuel: Influenced by Lagwagon, NOFX, Bad Religion, Carter USM, They Might Be Giants and everything else they’ve ever heard, seen and done.

Sam Edwards: Songwriter, guitar based pop music with keyboards. Influenced by 50s and 60s rock’n’roll, soul, glam rock, acid House, pop, new wave, jazz and indie.
