Oxford’s Gunning for Tamar have had support from NME and Rock Sound, BBC Radio 1, 6 and XFM radio play, and shared stages with Japandroids, We Were Promised Jetpacks and Johnny Foreigner. The band will be releasing their new EP ‘Camera Lucida’ on 18 March 2013 in the UK through Alcopop! Records and Hiphiphip in France, Belgium and Switzerland. They are working with Tom Stanley (The Cure, Maccabees) and Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro), who produced their last single ‘Dark Sky Tourism’. The band will support the EP with almost two months of touring in UK and Europe, starting it all with their biggest hometown show yet, at the O2 Academy in Oxford.
Anyone with an £8 ticket can exchange their ticket on the day for their EP at the merch stand. Ticket-holders can stay after the gig for Propaganda club, for free.
