Heavy On The Ride are a three piece experimental heavy rock band from Swansea. With a blatant disrespect for genre tags the band moves from different concoctions of Mastodon and Melvins-styled downtuned grooves to a barrage of QOTSA-influenced riffs.

Having already played with Bl’ast, Empress, Black Moth and Japanese rock band Electric Eel Shock, they will be touring in support of their brand new EP Different Animals, out 13 September.

A free ticket to this gig will be given away with every ticket bought before 16 September for Mother Of God / Molior Superum / Baron Greenback at The Cellar on 22 September.
