Since reaching its first anniversary in May, Upstairs welcomes new acoustic talent Lewis Watson, who at just 19 is already selling out his own headline shows and has more than two million YouTube subscribers. His debut EP It’s Got Four Sad Songs On It BTW reached the Top 10 in the iTunes Charts and is already in the Top 20 in Australia. Requests to collaborate are far from short, with the home grown star receiving praise from Ed Sheeran, Wiley, Charlie Simpson, and Aggro Santos since first performing in 2011. Recently supporting another young phenomenal artist Birdy at her headline O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire show last week, receiving critical acclaim and performing a set at Gathering Festival, 2013 is set to be a big year for the teen heart throb.
