For The Spin’s final festive show of their programme, they welcome back the stunning Nick Meier. Regarded by many as one of the most accomplished guitarists in Europe, Nick has just been elevated to rock god status since joining Jeff Beck’s group, which means this may be the last chance to catch Nick before a world tour (with dates at the Albert Hall next year) beckons. His playing is a unique mix of jazz, rock, flamenco and middle-Eastern sounds, all used with unerringly great taste and conviction. A fantastic musician.
