OCM, Pegasus, Oxford City Council and BBC Introducing in Oxford have teamed up to choose this year’s OCM Open line-up. Now in its seventh year, OCM Open events have always been amazingly diverse and a high standard, from surging experimental electronics, to delicately beautiful folk. Perhaps best known from our previous Opens is Duotone, who has gone on to release two critically acclaimed albums. Other past performers include Laurence Colbert, Flights of Helios, Jess Hall, Kill Murray and Lee Riley.

They’re embracing the festival spirit and taking the OCM Open outdoors this year to Gloucester Green, as part of Oxford City Council’s Lord Mayor’s Celebration. Expect scrumptious local food stalls, crafts, and storytelling alongside the best of the new in music from across Oxfordshire. The Lord Mayor’s Celebration reflects Oxford’s diverse communities and global connections and will form part of this year’s Low Carbon Oxford Week.
