Coming to prominence in the late 1970s with The Soft Boys, Robyn Hitchcock went on to have success with The Egyptians in the 80s, then as a solo performer and with the band Venus 3 (which had REM’s Peter Buck in the line up). He’s worked with some of the music world’s biggest luminaries including Nick Lowe, XTC’s Andy Partridge and former Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones, and when he played Oxford in 2007 he was joined on stage by REM and Radiohead’s Thom Yorke was in the audience.

This will be a rare opportunity to see Robyn in an intimate venue playing songs from his new album Love From London and from his extensive back catalogue.
