Sam LeeIn one of the regular ethnomusicology seminars arranged by Pitt Rivers Museum, Sam Lee will present ‘Travelling Ballads, Song Collecting And Arranging Folk For Today’. Lee has spent the last five years searching out the roots of British Traditional Music. His travels have taken him to the source of the communities who have carried the indigenous songs of the UK for generations, and he has been documenting and recording the knowledge still being passed on in the oral tradition.
